Common causes of dry skin include excessive bathing or bathing in water that is too hot, using too harsh soaps or the troubling cycle of dehydration, cold weather, wind and central heating. As we get older, the production of sebum decreases, which can also be a leading cause of dry skin.
Sunflower oil is a fantastic natural remedy for dry skin as its seeds are rich in Vitamin E which helps the skin retain moisture by trapping it inside skin cells.
